L. J. Jia

L. J. Jia currently serves as Country Head for China at CFA Institute since January 2015. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President and Country Manager for China at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co from February 2006 to December 2011, where responsibilities included managing brand building and relationships with stakeholders to support cross-border investments in various financial sectors. From 1986 to October 2005, L. J. Jia was Vice President and Country Manager for China at American Express, overseeing payment, financial, and travel services, as well as managing partnerships, marketing, and brand initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Capital Normal University.
