Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor is an experienced legal professional specializing in employment law and accessibility. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at CFA Institute, Michael provides legal advice on global employment law matters and oversees investigations and external counsel for visa and work authorization issues. Prior experience includes over a decade at the U.S. Department of Education, managing the Division of Business and Administrative Law, where Michael offered guidance on significant legal issues affecting the Department. Additionally, Michael has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, and held various roles within Johns Hopkins Hospital and Medicine.
