Nick Bartlett

Senior Head, Learning Content at CFA Institute

Nick Bartlett has a strong background in finance and education. Nick started their career as a Finance Trainer at BPP Professional Education in 2003 and worked there until 2010. Nick then joined Aviva Investors as a Manager, Knowledge and Education, where they designed and delivered investment education programs for financial advisers. In 2012, they became the Director of Education at CFA Society of the UK, where they led the development and delivery of qualifications, managed team performance, and engaged with clients and regulators. In 2018, they joined CFA Institute as the Director of CPD Competencies and later took on roles as the Senior Director of CPD Competencies, Senior Director of Professional Learning, Head of Practice Analysis, and is currently serving as the Senior Head of Learning Content. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated expertise in finance, education, and strategy execution.

Nick Bartlett has a Master's Degree in MSc Psychology of Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society. Nick also holds a Bachelor's Degree in BSc Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor's Degree in BA Classical Civilisation from the University of Leeds. Prior to their university studies, Nick attended Eastbourne College from 1985 to 1990. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the FSA Credential from SASB - Sustainability Accounting Standards Board in March 2021, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in 2003, and the Associate of the Society of Investment Professionals (ASIP) designation from CFA UK in 1998.
