Prashant Goswami, MBA, PMP®, currently serves as Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy & Market Intelligence at the CFA Institute, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Prashant was the Customer Insight Analytics Manager at R3, where a best-in-class Net Promoter Score and customer insights program were established, significantly influencing customer loyalty and decision-making. With extensive experience at CFA Institute from 2011 to 2022, Prashant led numerous research projects and implemented a competitive intelligence platform. Career beginnings included roles at Eureka Moment and Liberty Dyes & Intermediates Ltd, focusing on business initiatives and marketing intelligence. Prashant holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Drexel University and a Master's in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
