Sonia Gandhi

Sonia Gandhi, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple institutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Professional Learning at CFA Institute since October 2018, Sonia previously held various positions, including Director of Professional Learning and Director of Ethics Education. As the Founder of SEV Advisors, Sonia focused on enhancing financial literacy, education, and training from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Sonia was a Director at Deutsche Bank, managing key institutional clients in the APAC region and overseeing capital market mandates. Sonia also held significant roles at J.P. Morgan, Metanoia Consulting, Jardine Fleming India, and DSP Merrill Lynch Limited, contributing to client management, business development, and operational excellence throughout. Sonia earned an MBA in Finance from Delhi University and a BA in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
