Anna Brykova is a professional with a diverse background in customer support and brand promotion. Currently serving as a Junior Organizer at the Global Inclusion Online Forum with CFC Big Ideas since September 2021, Anna previously worked as a Brand Ambassador at Heinemann DutyFree Ukraine from March 2017 to September 2021, promoting prestigious brands such as YSL, Lancome, and Burberry, among others. Earlier experience includes a role as Group Lead at Lalafo and several customer support positions at Naspers Limited and OLX Group. Anna holds a Specialist degree in Economic Cybernetics from Dnipro University of Technology, completed between 2005 and 2010.
