Sheridan Doerr

Sheridan Doerr serves as the VP of Marketing and Client Relations at the Committee for Children since May 2024. Previously, Sheridan held the position of Executive Vice President of Client Success at Lightspeed Systems, where success included improving gross retention rates from 84% to 90% and enhancing net retention rates from 98% to 103%. At Illuminate Education, Inc., significant achievements included scaling the Customer Success team and managing $120M in ARR, resulting in an 11% increase in net retention. As Co-Founder and VP of Partnerships at Fluence Learning, Sheridan grew the business to over $8M in annual revenue within three years. Furthermore, roles at Amplify, Intel-Assess, Riverside Publishing, and Aurora Public Schools contributed to a robust track record in client success, product management, and educational leadership. Sheridan holds a Master of Education in Education Leadership from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Mathematics from Northeastern State University.
