Adel Boukhalfa

Adel BOUKHALFA is an experienced professional with a diverse background in union leadership, community service, and digital commerce. Currently serving as a Délégué syndical and Responsable adjoint Développement, Organisation et Formation at CFDT since May 2022, Adel has also held multiple roles at Orange, including Président de la commission des marchés and member of the Conseil social et économique. Additionally, Adel serves as a conseiller municipal délégué au commerce digital in Ville de Soissons and a conseiller communautaire for Grand Soissons agglomeration. As President of the Aisne federation with the Association des Elus de France, Adel advocates for the values of the Republic. Previous roles include Méditeur numérique and Responsable de la communication numérique for the Aisne region. Adel holds a Master 1 from IAE Metz School of Management and a Master in political science and government from Universite de Lorraine.
