Rick Dalton

Rick Dalton is an experienced education leader with a long history of roles in admissions and enrollment management. Currently serving as the CEO and President of CFES Brilliant Pathways since 1990, Rick Dalton has dedicated efforts to guiding underserved K-12 students from rural and urban communities toward college and career readiness. Prior to this role, Rick Dalton held various positions at Middlebury College, including Director of Enrollment Planning, and served as Admissions Counselor at Harvard College. Additional experience includes key admissions roles at South Kent School and Trinity-Pawling School. Rick Dalton's academic credentials include a Doctor of Education and Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Master of Arts from Middlebury College, and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University. Rick Dalton is also currently pursuing a Doctor of Humane Letters, honoris causa, at the University of Vermont.
