François Bayi

François Bayi has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Représentant des consommateurs at Ombudsfin. François then worked as a Legal Advisor at FSMA from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they joined EY Financial Services Organization (FSO) as a Manager in the Legal & Regulatory department, and later became a Senior Manager in 2018. Currently, François is the Head of Compliance & Risk at Indosuez Wealth Management, a position they have held since 2020.

François Bayi's education history includes a Master's degree in Droit from the Université libre de Bruxelles, obtained from 2003 to 2008. François also pursued a Master's degree in Financial Risk Management from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles, completed in 2014. In addition, François obtained a Master's degree in Vennootschapsrecht from Katholieke Universiteit Brussel, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. François participated in the Erasmus Programme at the University of Aberdeen in 2007, studying Law. François Bayi has also achieved certification as a Certified Compliance Officer from the Febelfin Academy in 2022.
