Angela Watson

Angela Watson possesses extensive experience in risk, compliance, and governance, currently serving as the Head of Risk and Compliance (Acting) at CS Energy since May 2012. Angela has held several influential roles within the organization, including Risk and Compliance Senior Manager, Senior Regulatory and Compliance Manager, Company Secretary, Business Improvement Manager, Commercial Specialist, Contract Specialist, and Financial Supervisor. Additionally, Angela contributed as an Independent Member of the Audit Risk and Improvement Committee at Tweed Shire Council and served on the boards of Anglicare Southern Queensland and Enterprise Biloela. Angela's educational background includes a Graduate AICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, alongside qualifications from CPA Australia and Griffith University in Accounting.
