Melissa Moncivais

Melissa Moncivais is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at CFM Materials since December 2021. Previously, Melissa held various HR leadership roles at GE Aviation from 2011 to 2021, including Employee Human Resources Manager, where support was provided for 650 employees across two manufacturing plants, and as a Human Resources Leader supporting 350 employees. In earlier roles at GE Aviation, Melissa worked as a Sr. Benefits Specialist, assisting over 500 employees, and at Valley Baptist Health System as a Sr. Benefits Analyst, supporting more than 1500 employees in hospital settings. Melissa Moncivais holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from St. Mary's University.
