Alexis Williams

Alexis Williams is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Client Advocate Team Lead at CFP Board, responsible for coaching a team of five, conducting weekly meetings, and tracking key performance indicators. Previous experience includes roles at MyStudio as a Customer Analyst, and at ID.me, where Williams advanced from Membership Support Representative to Team Lead, mentoring a team of up to 15, managing escalations, and enhancing member experiences.
