Eddy Demirovic

Eddy Demirovic, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Project Management and Director of Talent Pipeline at the CFP Board, overseeing workforce development initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of financial planning careers and attracting diverse talent. With a history of managing significant projects and budgets, Eddy previously directed national initiatives to promote diversity in the financial planning profession and led grassroots advocacy programs. Prior experience includes roles as a top recruiter at Adecco and Sales Manager at Soldus, where management of a major contract involved delivering assistance to over 3,000 homes in Croatia. Eddy holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Virginia Tech and a BS in Management with a concentration in Marketing from St. John Fisher University.
