Ibidun Layi-Ojo is the Director of Examinations at the CFP Board. Ibidun has over 9 years of experience in assessment technology and workforce development.

Ibidun started their career as a Research Fellow at the Schaefer center for Public Policy. From there, they went on to work as a Workforce Planning and Organizational Development Specialist at the Maryland State Highway Administration in Baltimore.

In August 2011, they joined Prometric as an Assessment Technology Portfolio Director. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of assessment developers and overseeing the creation and delivery of high-stakes exams. Ibidun left Prometric in April 2020 to join the CFP Board.

Ibidun Layi-Ojo has a Master of Science in Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Ibadan. Ibidun is certified as a credentialing professional by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE-CCP) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by SHRM (SHRM-SCP). Ibidun also has a certification from HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification.
