As a co-founder of CFW Changing the Conversation, Maria Carolina is dedicated to advancing women in business and shaping corporate and government policy. Previous roles include leadership positions at Mixteca, Blackbaud, Schoology, TransPerfect, BBC Worldwide, and Getty Images, showcasing a strong background in business development and sales. Maria Carolina holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology and pursued further education at Cornell University.
