Fannie Elias is an accomplished HR and General Affairs professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as HRGA Department Head at CFX Indonesia since September 2024, Fannie previously led the Human Resources and General Affairs team at Samara Group, overseeing critical HR operations and strategy implementation. Fannie's background includes strategic roles in talent acquisition and HR management at Greenpark and Publicis Groupe, where Fannie managed talent acquisition for multiple agencies and contributed to HR functions across the organization. Fannie's career began at Alila Hotels & Resorts as a Business Center Secretary and progressed to executive support roles, highlighting a strong foundation in administration and management.
