Todd Grempel SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CSP

Todd Grempel M.S., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CSP has over 30 years of experience in various executive leadership and human resources roles. Todd is currently the Global Head of Human Resources at CG Oncology, where they are responsible for designing and implementing the company's global People Strategy. Prior to this, Grempel served as the Director of Human Resources at the City of Hope, supporting a team of 2,000 faculty members and staff. Todd also held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources & Enterprise Risk Management at Apria Healthcare, where they led HR services and risk management programs for 14,000 employees across multiple locations. Grempel's previous experience includes roles at Watson Pharmaceuticals, IRWIN Industries, Nestle'/Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Honeywell/AlliedSignal, and ITT Corporation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in EHS, employee relations, talent management, and culture transformation.

Todd Grempel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. Todd then went on to obtain their Master of Science degree from Western Governors University's College of Business, specializing in Management & Leadership. In terms of additional certifications, Todd holds various qualifications including the Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Additionally, they are a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA - Class 1) certified by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control and a Board Certified Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certified by the Board of Certified.
