Jennifer Knighten

Jennifer Knighten is an experienced agricultural professional with a diverse background in grain merchandising, farm operations, and poultry management. Currently serving as a Grain Merchant at CGB Enterprises, Inc. since December 2021, Jennifer previously worked as a Farm Hand at House Farms and owned a vegetable farm where over 300 different vegetables were cultivated and distributed to the community. Additionally, Jennifer has held the role of Assistant Operations Manager at Fuller Poultry Farms, managing feed distribution and maintaining high animal welfare standards for over 140,000 birds. Jennifer began a career in retail as a Sales Associate at Verizon, developing strong customer service and sales skills. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Murray State University and an Associate of Science from West Kentucky Community and Technical College.
