Randy Esterling

Randy Esterling has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the field of learning and development. Randy started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Sara Lee Food & Beverage in 1984 and later became the Sr. Customer Management Training Manager. In 2007, they joined ConAgra Foods as the Director of Enterprise Learning, where they worked until 2016. Following that, they started their own company, ESTERLING Learning and Development, and served as the President. Since 2017, Randy has been working as the Director of Learning at CGB Enterprises, Inc.

Randy Esterling holds an MBA in Business and Economics from Xavier University - Williams College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Additionally, they have received several certifications, including SHRM-CP (obtained in October 2015) from SHRM, Herrmann HBDI Certified Practitioner (obtained in September 2015) from Herrmann International, and PHR - Professional in Human Resource (obtained in June 2010) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
