Jacobo Arzate

Jacobo Arzate has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Jacobo started their career as a Mutual Funds Inspector at Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores in 2006 and worked there until 2011. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Citibanamex as a Contralor Normativo/Regulatory Compliance Officer and later as an Information Barriers Officer. In 2018, they joined BlackRock as a Contralor Normativo/Regulatory Compliance Officer. In 2019, they became the Head of Compliance México at Compass Group Asset Management. Prior to their work in the finance industry, they were a Consultor de precios de transferencia at Deloitte México from 2004 to 2005.

Jacobo Arzate obtained a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Vaasa from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the Universidad Panamericana, spanning from 1999 to 2004.
