Coralie Vivien has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of human resources. Coralie started their career in 2006 as a Junior Legal Counsel at Thales. Coralie then transitioned into a Human Resources role within Thales, starting as a Human Resources Manager for Division D3S from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they served as the Human Resources Manager for the Transportation Systems Division, handling international mobility support and localisation projects from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Coralie joined CGG as a Regional HR Business Partner before progressing to various leadership positions. Coralie served as the EMEA Director of Human Resources for Subsurface Imaging, where they designed and implemented a regional people/HR strategy across EAME. Coralie also led the people and organization aspects of transformations and coached and advised management on leadership challenges.

In 2019, they took on the role of VP HR for Northern Europe and Middle-East & Head of the Geoscience EMEA HR BP team at CGG. Coralie'sresponsibilities included designing regional talent acquisition strategies, improving performance management, and developing leadership competencies. Coralie also mentored and led a team of HR Business Partners and collaborated with local shared-services and centers of excellence.

Most recently, starting from September 2021, Coralie has held the position of VP People, Geoscience at CGG, and from July 2022, they also took on the role of VP People HPC and Cloud Solutions.

Throughout their career, Coralie demonstrated expertise in various areas such as organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and project management.

Coralie Vivien has a diverse educational background. In 2018, they completed an Open Program in Advanced Organization Design at Hult Ashridge. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in CIFFOP - Human Resources from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in 2006 and a Master 1 in Labour Law in 2005 from the same university. Coralie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Paris Cité, which they earned from 2001 to 2004. In 2000 to 2001, they studied Lettres Option Sciences Politiques at Lycée Michelet.
