I-Tcheng South Thomas

I-Tcheng South Thomas has a diverse work experience in the legal field. They started their career as an Elève-avocat at Fox Rothschild LLP in 2007 and then worked as an Avocat at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Euler Hermes as a Senior Legal Manager, where they handled corporate and governance matters, including organizing board meetings and drafting governance-related memorandums. In 2018, they moved to ESI Group as a Corporate Legal Director until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Corporate Legal Affairs at CGG.

I-Tcheng South Thomas has a diverse education history. From 1998 to 2000, they studied at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), where they completed a Brevet Universitaire de Langue et Civilisation Chinoises, focusing on Chinese language and civilization. I-Tcheng then pursued further education at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) from 2002 to 2003, specializing in English law. In 2003, they completed a Master 1 degree in Business Law at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). From 2004 to 2005, they attended Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II), obtaining a Master 2 degree in Business Law. In 2005 to 2006, they studied at EM Lyon/IAE Lyon III, where they completed a Master 2 degree in International Trade with a focus on East Asian markets. Lastly, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Ecole des Avocats de la région Rhône-Alpes and obtained a Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat.
