Sadia Imran has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sadia is currently working as the Director of Global Human Resources Business Partner for Newmont Corporation, where they partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR support and solutions aligned with business objectives. Prior to this, Sadia held various roles at CGG, including Head of People Asia Pacific and Country HR Manager for CGG Australia, where they were responsible for managing HR teams, employee relations, and implementing HR initiatives. Sadia also worked as a Recruitment Manager at ManpowerGroup and held a Senior HR Business Partner role at AustWide Pty Ltd., where they managed HR and talent management affairs. Sadia has extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR consultancy. Sadia began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Beaconhouse Group.
