Song Hou

Song Hou has a strong background in research and has held various roles in different organizations. Song worked at CGG from 2019 as the Head of AI Lab and also held the role of Senior Researcher from 2016 to 2019 and Researcher from 2014 to 2016. Prior to CGG, they worked as a Research Assistant at the British Geological Survey from 2010 to 2014. Song also worked as a Research Engineer at CNPC USA from 2013 to 2014 and as a Researcher at Schlumberger in 2012. Song Hou started their research career as a Research Assistant at the Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2007 to 2010.

Song Hou holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from The University of Edinburgh and a Master's degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
