Phillip Carter

Phillip Carter has extensive experience in talent acquisition and technical recruiting, holding senior positions at various organizations including CGI, Steffan & Co., and Cyber Defense Solutions. At CGI, Phillip serves as a Senior Technical Recruiter focusing on the Defense, Intelligence, and Space sectors. Previous roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Steffan & Co. and Cyber Defense Solutions, as well as multiple contracts in recruiting. Educationally, Phillip earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Worcester State University, attending from 2006 to 2010, and is an alumnus of Saint John's High School.
