Raymond Salem

Raymond Salem is an experienced professional in asset management and real estate operations, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at CGI+ | Real Estate Investments since May 2023. Prior roles include Asset Manager at Tripalink, where responsibilities involved analyzing and optimizing the financial and operational performance of a diverse portfolio valued over $400 million, and as a consultant for Salem International Consultancy, LLC, focusing on strategic planning and value-enhancing investments in real estate. Previous experience includes consulting for a small family office and co-founding Mastiff Renewable Energy Group, where leadership encompassed general management and business development. Raymond holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from USC and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge.
