Claudia Teng

Claudia Teng has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Claudia started their career as a QA professional at Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co., Ltd. from July 2014 to February 2016. Claudia then joined Bo Le Associates as a Senior Research Associate from April 2016 to March 2018, where they focused on healthcare and was responsible for business development, job analysis, and candidate search. After that, they worked at CGL Consulting Co., Ltd from March 2018 to the present, holding the position of Associate Director in the Life Science division. In this role, they have been responsible for global commercial and business development functions, including sales, marketing, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. Throughout their career, Claudia has also held various management positions in different companies, including CEO at a startup cell therapy company, Deputy GM in the healthcare business unit of a top real estate group, and Marketing Director and Supply Chain Head in a children's hospital, among others. Claudia has also worked in the fields of AI healthcare, international rehabilitation, and Chinese medicine.

Claudia Teng completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at Lanzhou University from 2010 to 2014.
