Guojing Emma Zhu

Guojing Emma Zhu has extensive work experience in the life science industry, specifically in executive search and recruitment. Guojing Emma started their career in 2014 as a Researcher and then became a Senior Researcher and Associate Consultant at CGP. In 2017, they joined Cornerstone Global Partners as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant, focusing on executive-level candidate search and talent mapping in the life science and pharmaceutical industry. In 2018, Guojing joined CGL Consulting Co., Ltd as a Senior Consultant, where they specialized in recruiting executive leaders in the life science industry of Asia. Guojing Emma progressed to the role of Associate Director, Associate Partner, and eventually, Partner, Life Science, China, leading a high-performing team that serves domestic pharmaceutical companies and multinational biotech with their expansion in China and overseas. Guojing Emma has expertise in early discovery, cmc development, and manufacturing operations. Guojing Emma Zhu has a BA(Hon) degree in International Business with Communication Studies from The University of Nottingham Ningbo China. They also hold an MSc degree in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
