Catharina Mauritz

Catharina Mauritz serves as Vice President of M&A at CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA since October 2021, having previously held the position of Senior M&A Manager. Prior experience includes Vice President/Project Manager and Associate at IMAP M&A Consultants AG from April 2016 to September 2021, alongside various roles as Analyst and Intern in M&A Advisory. Earlier, Catharina worked at Volkswagen AG in International Politics and Global Government Affairs, focusing on joint venture relations, and held a position at Volkswagen Group China in the General Secretariat. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in International Economics and Governance from the University of Bayreuth and a Bachelor of Arts in Economy and Culture of China from the University of Hamburg, complemented by study at Peking University.
