Stefanie Peters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. As the Founder and CEO of enable2grow since October 2011, Stefanie has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering growth and innovation. Stefanie currently serves as a Member of the Administrative Board at CompuGroup Medical Management SE and previously held a position on the Supervisory Board of shjft AG until June 2023. Prior to these roles, Stefanie directed European Business Development at Reputation.com from 2008 to 2013 and worked as a Manager/Principal at The Boston Consulting Group from 1999 to 2006. Early career included a consultancy role at Accenture. Academically, Stefanie holds an MBA in Business from INSEAD and a Diploma in Business Administration and Foreign Languages from Universität Passau, along with a Diploma in Spanish from Universidad de Salamanca.
