Maurice Hermannzik

Maurice Hermannzik has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 1997, they began their career as an apprentice at Gebr. Wasserloos GmbH, eventually becoming a Werkzeugmechaniker specializing in Stanz- und Umformtechnik. Maurice also worked as a CAD/CAM/NC-Programmierer and Fertigungssteuerer at the same company. In 2023, they joined CGR INTERNATIONAL as Bereichsleiter Werkzeugbau / Head of tooling, where they also held the position of Arbeitsvorbereiter & Stv. Leiter Werkzeugbau.

Maurice Hermannzik's education history begins in 1997 when they attended Berufskolleg Niederberg, where they completed a vocational training program in Werkzeugmechaniker (Stanz- und Umformtechnik) or Tool Mechanic (Stamping and Forming Technology) until 2001. In 2022, Maurice pursued further education and obtained a degree as an REFA-Techniker (Industrial Engineering) and Qualitätsmanager (Quality Manager) from REFA Group / REFA Nordwest e.V. Dortmund. Additionally, they completed a program at WBS Training AG to become a Fachkraft für Produktionsplanung und Fertigungssteuerung (Production Planning and Control Specialist).

Maurice has also obtained various certifications related to their field. Maurice has been certified as an REFA-Techniker für Industrial Engineering, Qualitätsbeauftragter (Quality Officer), and Qualitätsmanager (Quality Manager) from REFA Nordwest e.V. In addition, they have been certified as a Lean Professional, Wertstromdesign (Value Stream Design), Kostencontroller (Cost Controller), Lean Production, and Produktionsplaner (Production Planner) by REFA Group. Other certifications include Fachkraft Produktionsplanung und Fertigungssteuerung 4.0 from WBS GRUPPE and SAP User Production Planning (UCDE_PP_ERP67) from SAP.
