John is responsible for day-to-day operations, including logistics, production, integration, and delivery. John brings more than 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications/Contact Center industry. Prior to joining CGS, John was the Director of Manufacturing and Logistics at Isoetec/Executone. He has extensive experience in Manufacturing (Pacific Rim & Domestic), Logistics, and Purchasing.

John’s abilities in managing CGS operation facilities have proven invaluable. From vendor management, through logistics production staging, and delivery.
