Kinga Duma

Kinga Duma is an experienced professional in operations and project management with a demonstrated history in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Operations Manager at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) since January 2015, Kinga focuses on improving operational management systems and processes. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project planning, resource allocation, and team leadership. Kinga also has experience in the customer service sector, having worked as a Team Lead Coordinator at UPC DTH S.à r.l. and as a Customer Service Team Lead at CGS, emphasizing process evaluation and team performance. Kinga holds a Master of Business Administration from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the same institution, complemented by a strong foundation in mathematics and computer science from Áprily Lajos High School.
