Roz Hayek

Roz Hayek has a diverse work experience with roles in HR, recruitment, and coordination. They began their career in 2013 as a Website Manager at Latin Patriarchate School. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Sales Service Representative at Isracard and a Customer Service Sales Representative at Babcom Centers. In 2017, they became a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at תאיידע אפיס and remained in that role until 2021. Then, they joined Co-Impact as the Coordinator of Candidate-Accessibility to Employers from 2021 to 2023. In 2023, they transitioned to Babcom Centers as an HR & Recruitment Coordinator until the end of that year. Currently, Roz Hayek is serving as the Director of HR & Recruitment at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) from 2024 onwards.

Roz Hayek completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Science with a specialization in Psychology at The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College in 2018. Prior to that, they attended S.t Joseph Seminary & High School in Nazareth, completing their education there in 2013. Additionally, Roz has pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College, but the start and end years for this program are not provided.
