Vitaly Subochev

Vitaly Subochev has over 18 years of work experience. Vitaly has held various roles in both the public and private sectors. Vitaly worked as a Director of Contracts at CGS, where they were responsible for contract negotiation, risk evaluation, and contract compliance. Prior to that, they were an International Associate at Palant & Shapiro, PC. Vitaly also served as a Professor of Public Administration and Law Department at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University). Additionally, they were the Head of Public Administration and Law Department at Pyatigorsk State Technological University and the Head of Legal Department at Slavyanovskaya, LLC. Vitaly began their career as an Expert in the Department of Economics and Investor Relations at the Administration of Pyatigorsk.

Vitaly Subochev has a diverse education history. Vitaly obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from Pyatigorsk State Technological University in 2001. In addition, they also attained a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from the same institution in 2000. Subochev further pursued their education at Saratov State Law Academy, where they received a Candidate of Juridical Sciences (PhD in Law) in 2002 and later a Doctor of Law degree in 2009. Most recently, they completed the Certified Professional Coach program at Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching in 2018.
