Amy Baker

Amy Baker has extensive experience in contract administration and management, currently serving as the Assistant Contracts Director at VT Group since November 2021. In this role, Amy Baker handles complex contract and subcontract administration, negotiates contracts, prepares cost volumes, and manages federal contract reporting while liaising with government auditors. Prior to joining VT Group, Amy Baker was the Vice President of Contracts, Management & Operations at Sayres and Associates, where responsibilities included overseeing prime contract management and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations. Earlier experience at Sayres also included the position of Contracts Manager, leading a team on contract management. Amy Baker began her career at BAE Systems as a Business Manager, managing $60 million in annual revenue for U.S. Naval Contracts. Amy Baker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
