Samuel Begouin is an experienced aviation professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Chief Procedure Designer at CGX AERO since 2015, Samuel Begouin oversees technical report validations, internal process implementation, and the writing of operational manuals, while also managing the workload of the procedure designer team and contributing to the Safety Management System. Previously, Samuel Begouin held the position of Senior Procedure Designer at CGX AERO from 2007 to 2014, where significant contributions were made to the design of instrument flight procedures across various countries. Earlier roles include serving as an Instrument Flight Procedure Designer at DIRCAM from 2001 to 2007, Deputy Team Manager for a team of air traffic controllers in the French Navy from 1995 to 2001, and Air Traffic Controller in the French Navy from 1988 to 1994.
