Brian Eastman

Brian Eastman has held several positions in the restaurant industry, starting off as an Apprentice Electrician at MBT Electricans Inc. in 2003. From there, they transitioned into the hospitality sector, working as a Bar Manager at Serenitee Management from 2008 to 2012. Brian then worked as an Assistant General Manager at Craft & Commerce from 2012 to 2013, followed by a similar role at Underbelly San Diego from 2013 to 2014. Brian then became a General Manager at Rare Form Restaurant from 2014 to 2016. After that, they served as the Assistant General Manager at Campfire Restaurant from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Brian is with CH Projects, Inc., where they worked as the Chief Information Officer from 2018 to 2022 and is currently the Chief Experience Officer.

Brian Eastman attended Gloucester High School from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Electrical and Business. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone Certification Program in 2011.
