Perfecte Rocher currently serves as the Director of Culinary Operations at CH Projects, Inc., overseeing culinary excellence across a portfolio of 30 venues, including a newly opening hotel. With over a decade of culinary experience, Perfecte previously held positions as Executive Chef Consulting and Executive Chef/Owner at TARSAN I JANE, INC., where recognition included being honored among America's Best Restaurants. Prior executive chef roles include revitalizing Smoke.Oil.Salt, freelancing at Soho House locations globally, and leading the kitchen at THE BLVD AT THE BEVERLY WILSHIRE, known for its emphasis on California cuisine. Perfecte also served as Executive Sous Chef at the renowned Taj Campton Place, contributing to the establishment's Michelin-starred accolades.
