Sean Sweeney

Sean Sweeney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, construction management, and higher education. Currently, Sean serves as the PMCM Business Line Director and Senior Vice President at CHA Consulting, Inc., specializing in capital project consulting for educational institutions and public agencies. As the founder of renu360, Sean has developed a software platform that aids in investment decision-making regarding built assets. Additionally, Sean is an instructor at Boston University's Center for Professional Education, focusing on Real Estate Finance. Previous roles include leadership positions at Arcadis, where Sean supported higher education institutions, and at MIT, where Sean developed analytics and project management systems. An early founding president of Heritage Builders, Sean has also practiced law and has military experience in facility management with the US Army.
