Erica Brinker

Erica Brinker has extensive work experience in various leadership roles related to marketing, sales, and sustainability. Erica currently serves as the Chief Commercial & Sustainability Officer at Chaberton Energy since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Array Technologies as the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of ESG from 2021 to 2023. Erica also served as a Board Member at the Solar Energy Industries Association from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Array Technologies, Erica held senior positions at Honeywell, where they served as the CMO, Vice President of Commercial Excellence, Global Marketing Vice President, and Director of Business Development among other roles. Erica also has experience in the healthcare industry as the Vice President of Strategy & Product Management at The CORE Institute and in various marketing roles at Brady Communications, Pittsburgh Technology Council, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Tiffany.

Erica Brinker received their MBA in Global Business Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2009 to 2011. Erica also completed the Sustainable Business Program at Harvard Business School in 2021. In terms of undergraduate education, Erica studied Media Studies and Graphic Communications at Penn State University and Communications, Law, Economics, and Government at American University. Additionally, they have obtained the NACD Directorship Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors, with the year of obtaining being 2023.
