Rasheda Figgs

Rasheda Figgs is an experienced event coordinator currently working at Chabot Space & Science Center since January 2023. With a background in guest services at Bath & Body Works and front desk roles at Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard by Marriott, Rasheda has developed strong customer service skills. Rasheda also has a history in event planning through ownership of B'z Buzzin Events, providing freelance wedding and event planning services. In addition to experience as a dress consultant at David's Bridal, Rasheda has held various roles focused on customer service and support in organizations such as Sankofa Scholars and JumpstartMD. Rasheda holds a Bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts degree in social and behavioral science from Contra Costa College.
