Tracy Corado

Tracy Corado has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tracy is currently the Director of Design and Exhibits at the Chabot Space & Science Center, where they started in 2022. Prior to that, Tracy worked as a Designer at the same company from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining the Chabot Space & Science Center, Tracy was a Graduate Intern in Design at the J. Paul Getty Museum from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they designed digital and physical exhibitions, promotional and educational materials, and collaborated on various design projects across the museum.

Tracy's work experience also includes being a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Student Researcher at the University of California, Davis from 2018 to 2020, where they gained valuable teaching and research skills.

In 2017, Tracy worked at Farrow & Ball as a Colour Consultations & Lead Sales representative, and from 2015 to 2017, they were an Interior Designer at Tellus Design + Build. In these roles, Tracy successfully designed and managed commercial and residential projects, meeting various standards and collaborating with different professionals.

Tracy's earlier work experience includes roles at the CSULB Student Recreation & Wellness Center, where they served as an Interim Marketing Coordinator from 2015 to 2016 and as a Membership Services Lead from 2013 to 2015. Tracy also worked as an Art Instructor at Creative Creatures from 2012 to 2013.

Tracy Corado holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Interior Architecture, which was obtained from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, Tracy has completed a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Exhibition Design from the University of California, Davis.
