Jonathan M. Golub

Jonathan M. Golub has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jonathan M. is currently working as the Director of Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Innovation, and Adventure at Chaco since May 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Quality, Continuous Improvement, Operations, and Business Systems at Amphenol Borisch Technologies from September 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Operations, Quality, Plastics, and Human Resources at Belmont Engineered Plastics from June 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Belmont Engineered Plastics, they worked at Byrne in various leadership roles. Jonathan M. served as the Director of Continuous Improvement, Operations, Automation, and Product Lifecycle Management from January 2019 to June 2020. Jonathan M. also held the position of Senior Manager in Lean Manufacturing, Engineering, Injection Molding, and Electronics from January 2017 to January 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Manager in Product Development, R&D, Industrial Design, and Supply Chain from November 2015 to January 2017.

Prior to their tenure at Byrne, Jonathan worked at Klein Plastics Company LLC as a Business Unit Manager responsible for VAVE and Six Sigma Blackbelt initiatives from March 2015 to November 2015. Jonathan M. also served as the Operations Manager, Business Development, and Quality Assurance from January 2013 to March 2015. Before that, they worked as the Lean Manufacturing and Engineering Manager and performed analytical problem-solving tasks from November 2011 to January 2013. Jonathan M. started their career at Klein Plastics as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, specializing in Six Sigma Blackbelt, mentoring, 5S, and Lean methodologies from September 2010 to November 2011.

Jonathan also worked at United Solar Ovonic as the Engineering Manager, focusing on renewable energy, solar power, and sustainability from May 2010 to September 2010. Jonathan M. initially joined the company as a Process Engineer II, specializing in process improvement and being a Six Sigma Greenbelt from June 2008 to May 2010.

Prior to their time at United Solar Ovonic, they worked at Trimquest LLC as a Manufacturing Engineer II with responsibilities in new product launch and assembly from July 2007 to November 2008. Before that, they served as a Project Engineer II at Dura Automotive, specializing in Six Sigma Greenbelt, injection molding, Kaizen, and continuous improvement from October 2005 to July 2007.

Jonathan started their career at Gill Industries, where they held two different roles. Jonathan M. worked as a Production Manager overseeing metal stamping and quality control from September 2003 to October 2005. Prior to that, they served as a Process Engineer with responsibilities in tooling design, welding, and automation from March 2001 to September 2003.

Jonathan M. Golub attended Ferris State University and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering. After that, they attended Cornerstone University and completed their Masters of Science in Business Management in 2013. Their specialization during their master's program was in Business Administration and Management.

In 2016, Jonathan enrolled in the Leadership Flight School at Bartell & Bartell to pursue executive leadership training. Jonathan M. has been actively participating in this program, and it is ongoing.

Additionally, Jonathan holds a certification as a Six Sigma Blackbelt, which they obtained from the University of Southern California in 2010.
