Geoff Roper

Geoff Roper has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Geoff most recently worked as a VP of Business Development at Chadwick Martin Bailey (CMB) starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they served as an AI Enterprise Sales Director at Accern from July 2021 to May 2022. Geoff also held the position of Enterprise Sales Director at InMoment from March 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as an Enterprise Sales Director at MaritzCX from April 2016 to March 2020 and as a Senior Account Manager at Maritz Research from April 2000 to March 2016. Geoff also gained valuable experience as a Regional Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sales Manager at Monsanto Company from 1995 to 1999. Geoff started their career at Dunlop Sports, where they held various roles, including National Sales Manager, Sales Representative, and National Promotion Manager from 1989 to 1994. Geoff also worked as a Product Manager/National Sales Representative at Magna International from September 1988 to March 1989. Prior to their corporate career, Geoff was a Tennis Professional while being self-employed from January 1986 to September 1988.

Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance & Multinational Business from the same university in 1985. In addition to their academic qualifications, Geoff Roper has obtained certifications as a CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in November 2020.
