Heather Magaw

Heather Magaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, client services, and program management. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Chadwick Martin Bailey, Heather oversees various HR functions including talent acquisition and employee engagement. Previously, Heather held roles such as Vice President of Client Services, leading multiple research teams, and Director of Corporate Programs, where significant initiatives such as ERP implementation were managed. Prior to joining CMB, Heather served as Research Director for the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism and has a solid academic background, including a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology and executive education in women's leadership from Babson College.
