Lars Christian Mathiesen

Lars Christian Mathiesen has extensive experience in human capital management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Capital Management & Operations at BW Offshore since August 2008, with previous roles including Vice President of Fleet Human Capital and Vice President of Onshore HR. Lars has operational responsibility for all units globally and functional responsibility for the Americas. Prior to joining BW Offshore, Lars held senior advisory positions in recruitment and HR consulting at Randstad Norway and Manpower AS, contributing to expertise in staffing and human resources from September 2003 to August 2008 and August 1997 to August 2003, respectively.
