Margaret F.

Margaret F. serves as the Dean of the Chaffey College Chino Campus since November 2023, following a role as Interim Dean of Career and Technical Education at Cypress College from July 2022 to November 2023. Margaret has an extensive background in education, including positions as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Pasadena City College from January 2019 to November 2023 and as Associate Dean of Career Education at Monterey Peninsula College from November 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes managing Career and Technical Education at Rio Hondo College from July 2017 to November 2021 and directing the Talent Search program in Student Services at Pasadena City College from August 2015 to May 2017. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Azusa Pacific University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Southern California and additional certifications in project management and Six Sigma.
