Oussama Ben Sghaier

Oussama Ben Sghaier is an experienced professional currently serving as Responsable Gms at Chahia since January 2023. Prior to this role, Oussama worked as an Analyste commercial at Société El Mazraa from November 2018 to March 2023 and held the position of Administrateur des affaires at Poulina Group Holding from January 2017 to March 2023. Oussama possesses a strong knowledge of information systems including ERP, CRM, and BI, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with expertise in performance analysis through dashboard generation and pivot table manipulation. Oussama also completed a business intelligence training at ISET Radès in 2016 and completed an internship in IT at the Office de la Marine Marchande et des Ports in July 2015. Oussama is pursuing a Master’s degree in Administration et gestion des affaires at Uvt, having previously earned a Licence in informatique de gestion from Essect and a Baccalauréat in Mathematics from Lycée Ibn Rachik Ezzahra.
